Fish Cutlets

Ingredients

 Method

First, add the boiled and mashed potatoes to the mashed salmon and mix well.

Add 1 tsp of oil to a pan, and when the oil starts to heat up, add the curry leaves, chopped big onions, and chopped green chillies, and sauté for about a minute.

Add the prepared potato-salmon mixture to it and sauté well by turning it back and forth for two to three minutes.

In the meantime, add salt, pepper, and chilli powder if needed according to taste, and mix well.

Now take this mixture off the stove and let it cool down a bit.

Now take equal small portions from this mixture and make cutlet balls.

Now coat these balls in the eggs and then coat them in the breadcrumbs.

Then coat these cutlet balls in the eggs and breadcrumbs a second time.

By coating in eggs and breadcrumbs twice in this manner, the cutlets can be fried nicely without bursting.

Meanwhile, brush some oil on the air fryer rack and preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 8 minutes.

After preheating, place the cutlet balls coated in breadcrumbs on the air fryer rack.

Now set the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, open the air fryer, shake the air fryer rack a bit to turn the cutlets around, and put the air fryer back on for about another 6 minutes.

Now if the cutlets are fried to a golden brown colour, take the cutlets out.
